FBA and WFS reimbursement estimator

Estimate how much Amazon or Walmart may owe you each month for inventory that was lost, damaged or never came back, and how much of it you are not claiming yet.

Your inventory, per month

Amazon now pays most lost or damaged units at your manufacturing cost, not your selling price.
Units you shipped that were never checked in.
For example wrong size or weight fees. Enter 0 if unsure.
Your best guess. Enter 0 if you do not file claims.
Not being claimed, per year$0.00
Lost and damaged units$0.00
Returns never received$0.00
Missing inbound units$0.00
Fee overcharges$0.00
At stake per month$0.00
Already reimbursed per month$0.00
Not claimed per month$0.00

This is an estimate based only on the numbers you enter. What Amazon actually pays depends on its policies, claim deadlines and the value it assigns to each item.

Where reimbursements come from

When inventory sits in a marketplace warehouse, some of it goes missing or gets damaged. Customers sometimes get refunded for returns that never make it back, and inbound shipments sometimes arrive short. Both Amazon and Walmart have processes to reimburse sellers for cases like these, but many cases are only paid after the seller spots them and files a claim on time.

Check your inventory reconciliation and returns reports regularly, and file claims before the marketplace’s deadline. The bigger your catalog, the harder this is to track by hand.
