How this calculator works

Amazon charges a referral fee on every sale, a percentage of the selling price that depends on the category, with a $0.30 minimum for most items. If you use Fulfillment by Amazon, you also pay a fulfillment fee per unit and monthly storage. Professional sellers pay a $39.99 monthly plan fee, which the calculator spreads across the units you sell.

Add your ad spend, expected returns and other costs, and you get the profit you actually keep per unit. The break-even price is the lowest price at which that profit reaches zero.

Lost or damaged FBA inventory can also cost you money. Try our FBA and WFS reimbursement estimator.
